1. The service

TestPulse14 is a free, non-profit community platform where Android developers exchange 14-day closed-test participation. Points earned by testing apps can only be spent on tester slots for your own apps. Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and can never be cashed out.

2. Your account

You need a Google account to sign in, and you must complete your profile with a unique username. One person may hold exactly one account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe.

3. Honest participation (the core rule)

• Open the app you claim to test and stay inside it for the full verification period.
• Answer the developer's verification question from what you actually saw in the app.
• Report only bugs you genuinely observed; fabricated bug reports are treated as fraud.
• Do not automate check-ins, use emulators to fake engagement, or share answers publicly.

4. Publishing apps

Apps you publish must be your own, must be listed on Google Play with a valid closed-testing opt-in link, and must not contain malware, illegal content, or misleading claims. Every submission is reviewed by moderators before it appears in the community feed; rejected submissions are refunded their points.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Supervisors and administrators may issue warnings, deduct points, block bug-bonus privileges, pause or ban apps, and suspend accounts when these rules are violated. Suspicious activity may be flagged by app owners and reviewed by staff. Punishments are recorded in an internal audit log. You may contest a decision by contacting the administrators through the Google Group.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We run it for free in our spare time; features may change and downtime may happen without notice. We are not affiliated with Google or Google Play — the 14-day / 20-tester production requirement is Google's policy, and meeting it remains your own responsibility.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the community and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or Google Play Console outcomes arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the community evolves. Material changes are announced on the site at least 7 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
